Causative verb are used toindicated that one person cause a second person to do something for the first person. Causative verb are divided into two shorts, that's active form and passive form. Tenses are usually used in causative verbs are let, have, and get.
Active Form
S + have (any tenses) + complement (usually person) + simple verb (verb 1)
S + get (any tenses) + complement (usually person) + Infinitive verb (to + verb 1)
S + let (any tenses) + complement (usually person) + simple verb (verb 1)
Passive Form
S + have/ had/ got +complement (usually thing) + past principle (verb 3)

Dani have Andy repair his laptop.
The Editor get Jessica to write a novel.
Passive Form
Dani had his laptop repaired by Andy.
The Editor got novel wrote by Jessica.
